Після завершення лідерського курсу Надія Стасюк почала проводити програму від Благодiйного Фонду «Відродження Загальнолюдських цінностей»\ IAHV Ukrain «Перший крок: Відновлення та стійкість» у рідній Херсонській області. Життя в умовах окупації та близькість до бойових дій негативно впливають на якість сну та ментальне здоров’я місцевих жителів. Саме тому такі програми є вкрай необхідними, особливо коли їх проводить хтось із своїх, земляк, який розуміє специфіку регіону та проблеми громади.

After completing the leadership course, Nadiya Stasyuk began to conduct a program "First Step: Healing and Resilience" programs by the Charity Fund "Revival of Universal Human Values" / IAHV Ukraine in the native Kherson region. Living in the conditions of the occupation and closeness to combat actions negatively affect the quality of sleep and mental health of the town residents. In fact, such programs are extremely necessary, especially if they are carried out by one of their own, a fellow countryman, who understands the specifics of the region and the problems of the community.
