Роганьська громада

Роганьська громада, розташована на околиці Харкова, у 2022 році зазнала серйозних випробувань. Окупація тривала 40 днів, а після неї територія перетворилася на сіру зону, де було зруйновано всі підприємства, ракети влучали в музичну школу, гуртожиток та багато інших об’єктів.

Незважаючи на все, громада почала відновлюватися. Вона прийняла назад 80% своїх мешканців, і зараз тут живе багато вимушених переселенців, переважно з Куп’янського району. У цьому контексті наш фонд провів дві програми з проєкту “Відновлення та стійкість” для соціальних працівників та мешканців гуртожитку. Благодiйний Фонд "Відродження Загальнолюдських цінностей"\ IAHV Ukrain Загалом, ці програми охопили 30 осіб, які отримали можливість відчути значне полегшення і зняти стрес за короткий час.

Багато учасників залишили позитивні відгуки, здивовані тим, наскільки швидко і природно можна досягти глибокого розслаблення. Це свідчить про те, що правильні методи саморегуляції та техніки для керування ментальним станом можуть допомогти людям зберегти внутрішній спокій і покращити якість життя навіть у найскладніших обставинах.

Ці програми є не тільки нагодою для соціальної взаємодії, а й інструментом для розуміння того, як важливо піклуватися про своє психічне здоров’я. Вони показують, що навіть під час війни є способи підтримувати себе та інших, і знову знаходити сили для продовження життя. Ми сподіваємося, що наша робота допоможе Роганській громаді відновитися і знайти стійкість перед будь-якими викликами.

The Rogan community, located on the outskirts of Kharkiv, faced significant challenges in 2022. The occupation lasted 40 days, leaving the area a gray zone where all enterprises were destroyed, and missiles struck the music school, dormitory, and many other buildings.

Despite everything, the community has begun to recover. It welcomed back 80% of its residents and is now home to many internally displaced persons, primarily from the Kupiansk district. Against this backdrop, our foundation conducted two programs under the "Recovery and Resilience" project for social workers and dormitory residents. The IAHV Ukrainereached a total of 30 participants in these programs, offering them a chance to experience significant stress relief in a short period.

Many participants provided positive feedback, expressing surprise at how quickly and naturally they could achieve deep relaxation. This demonstrates that effective self-regulation methods and techniques for managing mental states can help individuals maintain inner peace and improve their quality of life, even under the most challenging circumstances.

These programs serve not only as an opportunity for social interaction but also as a tool for understanding the importance of mental health care. They show that even during war, there are ways to support oneself and others, rediscovering the strength to continue living. We hope our efforts will help the Rogan community rebuild and develop resilience against any challenges.
