Дитяча програма в м. Житомир

На зимових шкільних канікулах у м. Житомир  була проведена 3 -денна  дитяча відновлююча програма для дітей родин військових . Благодійний фонд «Відродження загальнолюдських цінностей» IAHV Ukraine Інструктори Олена Єрьоміна  @olena.yeromina  та Ірина Снігурівська . 

Фізичні  й дихальні вправи , творчість, багато ігр та інтерактивних процесів. Діти весело й з користю провели цей час, відволіклися  й розслабилися, познайомилися та поспілкувалися  один з одним. Але найважливіше, що в такій ігровій формі діти поступово позбавляються накопиченого стресу.

During the winter school holidays, a 3-day children’s recovery program was held in the city of Zhytomyr for children from military families. The charity foundation "Revival of Universal Values" IAHV Ukraine, with instructors Olena Yerоmina

and Iryna Snihurivska, organized the event.

Physical and breathing exercises, creativity, lots of games, and interactive activities were involved. The children had fun and made the most of their time, distracting themselves and relaxing, while getting to know and interacting with each other. But most importantly, through this playful format, the children gradually relieved accumulated stress.
